This growing family needed more space and modern amenities to match their lifestyle. We delivered a comprehensive transformation with a stunning two-storey extension that significantly expanded their living space, adding a stylish kitchen, luxurious bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and an elegant en-suite. Two lantern roofs create dramatic architectural interest while flooding the space with natural light, complemented by strategically placed Velux windows throughout. By removing the rear wall and installing fabricated steel supports, we created an open-concept flow that connects seamlessly to the outdoors through expansive bifolding doors. The fully plastered kitchen, which we completely fitted with modern amenities, serves as the heart of the home. Outside, we executed full landscaping with distinctive tegular block paving, rustic sleeper borders, and innovative gabion basket retaining walls that add both function and visual interest. The home’s exterior received a complete refresh with a transformed porch, new fascias, sophisticated flush sash windows, and a contemporary composite door. Inside, custom media walls create entertainment focal points, while comprehensive lighting, electrical, and plumbing updates ensure the space functions flawlessly.
